This allows you to obtain experienced legal advice, have your position assessed, and take meaningful steps towards resolving the dispute without the uncertainty of open-ended legal costs.

The $749 fixed price excludes GST. Disbursements are not included and will be charged in addition. No guaranteed resolution or outcome can be given. No work over three hours will be undertaken without the provision and acceptance of our costs agreement and disclosure pursuant to the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW).
